As part of a global group, it is important to sustainably expand the efficiency and sales of the German group. Therefore, we are exclusively looking for a

Chief Executive Officer (m/f/x)

with a strong track record in optimizing high-performance sales and production units.

Main tasks

• Full accountability for the profit and loss of the German production facilities
• Optimization of the group’s organizational structure and financial performance
• Streamlining and enhancing the production portfolio
• Establishment of a new production and logistics site to serve as the headquarters
• Driving a significant increase in operating margins

Requirements

• Business professional with technical expertise, or technical professional with solid business acumen
• Proven ability to enhance the efficiency and performance of a corporate group
• Experience working with indirect sales channels and customers both within and outside Germany
• Familiarity with lean production principles is advantageous
• Fluency in both written and spoken German and English
